| Shipping And Handling UK delivery charges and methods Postage and Packing within the UK is free of charge for orders over £15 UK orders below this value are subject to a postage and packing fee of £2.50 Items sent via Royal Mail are sent second class. This means that you order will normally reach you within three working days after despatch. Items sent via Royal Mail Standard Parcels will normally reach you within 3 - 5 working days after despatch. In general orders are dispatched within two days of being received, however at busy times this may not be possible. Please therefore allow us 3-5 working days to receive your package. IF YOUR ORDER IS URGENT please call us on 015395 30505 and we will mark it as a priority. Large Orders will be sent by Courier and need to be signed-for on delivery unless you give us special instructions to leave the goods without them being signed for. Non receipt of Order All customers are required to email fouryou@btinternet.com after 5 working days of the order being despatched with the order number so we can advise further. Dispatch After you have placed your order online, you will receive an e-mail confirmation containing your order number.. We aim to process and despatch all orders within 2-5 working days. For orders over £200, please contact us as we will need to calculate the postage cost depending on the weight of your parcel to cover our costs. Please note that because of their higher value and an increase in parcels going missing in transit, all overseas orders with a net value of over £40 will now be sent using a tracked delivery system.
